Local children’s charity, helping children and families affected by poverty in Manchester & Salford. Supporting the community for over 150 years. We put together a Christmas hampers with our products and beers from breweries including Cloudwater, Stubborn Mule, Runaway & First Chop, a great collaborative effort to raise money for Wood Street Missions Christmas appeal.
Mary-Ellen McTague of The Creameries has pulled together an amazing group of chefs & restaurants, to nourish Greater Manchester’s NHS staff and vulnerable people at a time of great need. – Hawksmoor, Hispi, Honest Crust, Where The Light Gets In, Higher Ground, etc.
It was Mr Henry Henderson who concocted his first batch of Relish in 1885. Originally made at 35 Broad Lane in Sheffield, Henderson’s Relish is still being made and has been in uninterrupted production within a short distance of the site from which the first bottle was filled. Henderson’s Relish is still being blended to the original secret recipe of Henry Henderson. The recipe remains a secret only known to three family members.
Jonathan Pearcey’s personal mission in life is to uncover, produce and distribute the best cheeses that the North West has to offer, and he’s doing a bloody good job of it too. Traditionally, he offers up speciality and artisan cheeses to the city centres top restaurants (including Michelin-starred Mana), however, with us being on lockdown, he’s turned his hand at delivering his outstanding goods straight to your door.
Based in Bamber Bridge near Preston, Kenyons Farm Eggs have been supplying well-known supermarkets, catering companies and other food retailers with the finest quality eggs for over 50 years.
Bob & Deloras Amato founded the Company 30 years ago selling Fresh made Pasta to the Restaurants in and around Manchester, they have gone on to become a large, reliable supplier of dry store ingredients to Manchester.
WH Frost and Sons has been selling meat to Chorlton since 1910 when the shop was opened by Jack Frost, dedicated to sourcing quality local produce, Frosts won the Manchester Food and Drink Award 2011 for Best Food and Drink Outlet and is a member of the Guild of Q Butchers.
